Different countries and regions have different regulations, so it's not possible to make a generic first aid course that covers the individual regulations of every single country. But this course will teach you how to deal with some of the typical emergencies you're likely to come across in the workplace.
Many elements of first aid are the same whichever country you're in, as long as the country follows the European Resuscitation Council or ERC guidelines, as they set out the guidelines for basic life support and many other areas of recommended first aid advice. Other first aid subjects we'll cover in this course, meet internationally accepted universal standards. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for any extra rules or regulations that apply in your country. These will not usually be about the subject on this course, but laws relating to businesses and first aid provision.
